Families
Having a positive body image helps children and young people to feel good about themselves and supports mental health and wellbeing, but the world we live in today can sometimes make that hard.
While it might not always feel like it, particularly during adolescence parents can have a really positive influence on the way a child thinks, feels and behaves when it comes to their body and appearance. We’re here to support parents, carers and families with resources, programs and support to help prevent eating disorders and body dissatisfaction.
Body Bright Families (Under 12)
