Families
Having a positive body image supports children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, but the world we live in today can sometimes make that hard.
Parents and carers have a powerful influence on how a child thinks, feels and behaves in relation to their body and appearance. We support parents and carers with practical resources and programs to help prevent eating disorders and body dissatisfaction.
