Thanks for being a part of BodyKind August this year. Getting started is easy:

  1. Read the toolkit and watch our introduction video
  2. Explore the learning and awareness activities based around the BodyKind themes.
  3. Choose which ones you would like to do, and when. Involve a class, year group or the whole school. Do a little or a lot it’s up to you.
  4. Run your activities and have lots of fun sharing positive messages to support body image
  5. Use our Supporters’ Pack to share your involvement in BodyKind August with your community and on socials.
