Body Kind Schools Support Workshop
Audience: Educators and professionals working with young people
Session Length: 45 mins
Format: Live virtual workshop via Zoom

This workshop is designed to inform, troubleshoot and inspire those leading Body Kind Schools activities. The focus will be on understanding what it means to be Body Kind and how resources can best be implemented in schools and other settings to support young people’s body image. There will be a mixture of information giving, professional development as well as exploring ideas with other educators. In this session you will:
- Look at priority areas of focus for body image
- Unpack body kind messaging – what it is and why
- Develop awareness of the range of resources available
- Explore what Body Kind Schools looks like in practice
- Troubleshoot and discuss ideas with other educators
- Examine body kind role modelling
