Wherever you’re starting from, Let’s Talk offers understanding, insight and hope for recovery.
Meet Beth — a counselling psychologist who has spent thirty years doing the kind of work that changes lives. She’s worked with people experiencing eating disorders and their families across every stage of their journey, from early intervention through to complex care. Along the way she’s consulted on clinically challenging cases and helped shape training and services across Victorian Mental Health Services. She’s also taken on national leadership roles — including President of the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), National Director of the National Eating Disorder Collaboration (NEDC), and her current role as Board Chair of Eating Disorders Families Australia (EDFA). If there’s someone who truly understands body image and eating disorders — and knows how to talk about them in a way that’s real, useful, and worth listening to — it’s Beth. We’re so glad she’s here.
