Let’s Talk About Being Body Kind

Audience: Years 3- 4 (8 – 10 year olds)

Session Length: 1hr

Group Size: 40 maximum

This workshop encourages children to celebrate the uniqueness and differences in every person. It aims to strengthen children’s ability to manage feelings about their bodies and to focus on functionality rather than looks.  It also asks children to reflect on the power of their words to either build others up or knock them down.  The topic is brought to life through real-life experiences shared by our trained facilitators.
