How strongly a young person internalises societal appearance, beauty and body ideals significantly influences their body image. Ideals and trends not only add pressure, they also perpetuate perfectionism, comparisons and appearance related banter, teasing and bullying.
Butterfly presenters engage with quizzes, discussions, reflections, videos and personal insights to address these sensitive themes in a strength-based way, so young people can be BodyKind.
