Butterfly’s National Helpline is open 8am – midnight (AEST), seven days a week, and serves health workers, their clients, and other help-seekers. We provide information, guidance and referrals to professionals who we’ve screened for their understanding of eating disorders.

Butterfly’s outpatient programs allow participants to explore their struggles in a safe and recovery focused environment. Our specialist counsellors work with body image concerns, psychological issues and emotional regulation with a goal of normalising eating behaviours.
A skills-based group therapy treatment program for young people, experiencing symptoms of disordered eating, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED) with a BMI greater than 18, in consultation with community treating teams.
